| 摘 要： | 随着中国城镇化、机动化进程不断加快,以交通拥堵为代表的城市交通问题普遍成为困扰各大城市的难题。在总结中国大城市交通拥堵问题的主要类型及特点的基础上,分析了大城市交通拥堵形成的深层次原因。结合国际大城市在交通与城市土地利用、小汽车数量及使用控制、公共交通及绿色交通方面的拥堵治理经验,提出对中国大城市交通拥堵应对策略的建议。最后指出,大城市交通问题并非无药可救,关键要把握好治理交通问题的历史时机,采取有效的综合措施,建立和谐的人车关系。
