摘    要:文章针对经长期使用后的地铁车辆储风缸,分析水压试验对储风缸材料性能的影响,论证仅采用水压试验能否满足对储风缸的检验要求,以取代成本较高的射线检测。文章的分析包括:储风缸材料的弹塑性变形、水压试验的强度储备、裂纹扩展、裂纹扩展迟滞效应以及相关的工艺要求。

Abstract:This paper analyses the effect of hydrostatic test on material properties of air cylinder,which is used long-term for metro vehicle. It also discusses whether the inspection requirements are achieved if only using the hydrostatic test,in order to replace the ray-test which is high cost. This analysis includes the elastic-plastic deformation of air cylinder,strength reserve of hydrostatic test,fatigue crack growth,fatigue crack growth retardation and technological requirements of relevance test.
