| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国目前中小科技企业和应用开发型科研单位的管理现状,着力于提升生产管理的效率和水平,针对管理中新出现的问题,如多项目管理被动、可变性适应力弱等,提出了一种新的适应生产管理的任务量曲线应用方法.应用任务量曲线可以实现在生产管理中,多项目综合计划科学合理安排,从而大幅提升生产管理的精细化水平.

| Abstract: | According to the SOLAS regulation,all the bulk carriers built after July 1, 2006 should be equipped with free-fall lifeboat,as well as other types of ships.This study takes the HH76FC type lifeboat and FH-70 type davit as the examples to research the free-fall lifeboat test process and to analysis the process with physical and mathematical methods.The conclusion provides the reference and help for other similar tests and designs. |
