2008-2030我罗斯铁路发展的长期规划

在2007年11月24日举行的俄罗斯铁路会议上．普京总统强调了改善全国铁路网的重要性．并为铁路运输技术现代化奠定基础。会前．政府曾采纳了俄罗斯铁路提出的《2008—2030铁路发展战略》的建议，并于9月6日核准。经济发展及商务部对国家经济发展曾提出两种战略：

RZD＇S Long-term Devepment Strategy

President putin speaking at a 2007 emphsised the importance of special railway congress on Nov.24 renovating the national rail network and providing for a solid base for technical madernisation of rail transport. Over thepast 5 years,RZD has carried an annual average of 43% of freight market in terms of t-km. In railway long term development strategy （2008- 2030）, 20500km new lines （including 1529km high speed line） will be built. Within the same period, 30000 new locos, I million wagons, 30000 passenge coaches and 24000 EMU cars would be acquired. The total investment will hit 13747bn roubles.The program is divided into 2 stages.
