| 摘 要： | 近几年，公路工程项目招投标已经建立起较为规范的交易市场，腐败行为也得到了相当程度的遏制。但是我们也应该看到，目前招投标过程中腐败还远远没有杜绝。不公平、不公正的现象还大量存在。但是如不建立起比较科学的、适宜的、现实的招投标规范，从方法和机制上抓住要害，阻止漏洞，腐败就会发生。就目前招投标过程作一探析。

| Abstract: | In recent years,more normative marketing of highway engineering projects bidding has been established,the act of corruption has also been a considerable degree of containment.However,corruption in the bidding process is far from being eliminated.Unfair and unjust phenomena also exist in large quantities.So we must establish more scientific and appropriate and realistic norm of the public bidding to prevent loopholes.The paper analyzes the bidding process at the present time. |
