摘    要:根据建设规划,需将原南浦大桥浦东主引桥下匝道部分的九孔桥梁进行顶升抬高改造,以便与即将建成的浦东龙阳路内环线高架桥连接起来。该工程最大顶升高度为21号墩的5.914m,创造了国内桥梁顶升的第一高度。该文详细介绍了其中八跨的整体同步顶升、分步到位的顶升方案,并详细介绍了千斤顶和随动支撑布置、托架系统、限位装置以及顶升检测系统,同时阐述了应用于该工程的基于流量控制的PLC液压同步控制系统原理。

Abstract:Based on the construction planning,it is required to jack 9 spans of beam in the ramp under the east main approach in Pudong of Nanpu Bridge for reconstruction so as to link up with an elevated bridge under construction of the Inner Ring Line in Longyang Road Pudong.The maximum jacking height of this project is 5.914 m of No.21 Pier,which creates the first height of bride jacking in China.The article introduces in detail the jacking scheme of the integral synchronizing jacking and by-step-to-place jacking of eight spans,introduces in detail the jack,movable support arrangement,bracket system,spacing device and jacking inspection system,and at the same time,sets forth the principle of PLC hydraulic synchronizing control system used for this project based on the flow control.
