南浦大桥东主引桥整体同步顶升工程

Nanpu Bridge East Main Approach Integral Synchronizing Jacking Project

Based on the construction planning,it is required to jack 9 spans of beam in the ramp under the east main approach in Pudong of Nanpu Bridge for reconstruction so as to link up with an elevated bridge under construction of the Inner Ring Line in Longyang Road Pudong.The maximum jacking height of this project is 5.914 m of No.21 Pier,which creates the first height of bride jacking in China.The article introduces in detail the jacking scheme of the integral synchronizing jacking and by-step-to-place jacking of eight spans,introduces in detail the jack,movable support arrangement,bracket system,spacing device and jacking inspection system,and at the same time,sets forth the principle of PLC hydraulic synchronizing control system used for this project based on the flow control.
