上海地铁车辆客室车门可靠性技术研究

摘    要:介绍了上海地铁现有列车的内藏门、塞拉门和外挂门的结构和原理,针对三种客室车门进行了故障统计分析,得出了车门的主要故障原因。以内藏门为例,采用故障树分析法对车门系统的可靠性进行了分析,得出导致车门故障的所有可能因素和薄弱环节。车门结构是造成故障的主要因素,车门运行环境是次要因素,人为因素是客观因素。

Abstract:With a simple introduction of the structure and principle of the double-leaf sliding pocket door,the sliding plug door and the outside sliding door daopted in Shanghai metro trains,and a fault analysis on the three types of doors,this paper explains the main fault reasons.After analyzing the reliability of the door system,this paper discusses all possibile factors and design bugs that affected the door fault,argues that the main fault lies in the structure of the door itself,the secondary fault is related to the environment for the door's operation,and human miss is also an objective factor.
