摘    要:车身车架是非承载式车身结构的主要承载部件,对车身车架进行强度特性分析,不仅可以评价车身车架自身的性能,而且可以用于对整车结构进行优化和更进一步的响应分析。以NQ6021型SUV的非承载式车身及车架为例,利用有限元方法系统地模拟并分析静态强度特性。

Abstract:The body and frame are the main carrying parts of unload structure of a car. The analysis of the intensity characteristics of car body and frame not only can appraise the performance of the body and frame themselves but also is the guidance for optimization of car structure and responding analysis. Using FEM, and with the unload body and frame of SUV NQ6021 as an example, it makes a systematically simulating and analysis on static characteristics of intensity.
