| 摘 要： | 分析交通运输业对资源(包括土地占用和能源消耗)的消耗情况,提出我国目前综合交通运输体系发展中存在结构上的问题,即我国综合交通运输体系发展中过分强调发展公路交通,而铁路作为资源使用效率较高的运输方式其发展却不足,这样发展形成的综合运输体系结构必然会加大对资源的需求和耗用。在此基础上提出构建"节约型交通运输"的综合运输体系结构的思路和模型,并对模型参数作了简单的分析。
