粉煤灰补偿收缩纤维混凝土新技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对混凝土裂缝控制方面的问题,论述了粉煤灰、膨胀剂和聚丙烯纤维各自的防裂原理、作用方式以及最有效的作用时段,提出了三组分复合掺入提高混凝土抗裂性能的新技术。经工程应用取得了令人满意的效果,该材料有望成为应用广泛的高抗裂新型混凝土材料。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the problems of controlling concrete cracks and explains the anti-crack principle, acting mode and the most effective time of fly ash,expansion agent and polypropylene fiber.Besides,a new technique of adding the above three compositions into concrete is introduced in this paper.The new technique obtains a satisfying result through practice in engineering industry.It is estimated that the material will become a kind of new concrete with high performance of preventing crack.
