知识经济时代人力资源管理系统分析

摘    要:以信息系统来实现知识经济时代的人力资源管理是现代企业持续发展的主要内容。根据知识经济的特征和对人力资源管理的要求,提出知识经济时代人力资源管理系统(HRMS-KT)的解决方案,方案综合考虑了知识经济对企业的发展要求和知识经济的时代特征。

Abstract:The investment of knowledge and technology is emphasized during the knowledge economy era. The change of manufacturing focus takes a great deal of challenges for the traditional human resource management(HRM). HRM is more important in the enterprises in knowledge economy time. This paper realizes the HRM based on the information system according to the characteristic of knowledge economy. This paper points out the solution for HRMS-KT to adapt the knowledge economy.
