| 摘 要： | 根据WTO自由贸易准则有关规定,我国建筑企业将面临来自境外建筑企业的强劲挑战,竞争日趋激烈。招标投标采用工程量清单和综合单价计价方法是工程造价计价方法改革的一项具体措施,通过对工程量清单计价方式的分析,提出了工程量清单的概念、计价方式的现实意义及应用方法。

| Abstract: | Our building enterprises are facing the challenge from partner abroad under WTO free trade norm. It is a special measurement of engineering costing method reforming that bidding uses bill quantity of construction and comprehensive unit pricing method. It describes bill quantities quoted price and gives the concept, significance and application of bill quantity of construction. |
