摘    要:从盾构隧道管片衬砌结构和接缝接头的变形特点、衬砌结构与土层相互作用的模式出发,考虑盾构区间隧道和连接通道的施工工艺特点、结构的对称形状等,研制了适用于此种特殊受力结构体系的三维广义协调平板壳-弹性铰-地基系统计算模型,该模型可以考虑盾构隧道管片衬砌结构的错缝拼装或通缝拼装情况、衬砌结构和接缝之间的不连续性、接缝接头能承受一定弯矩的特点以及衬砌结构和土层的相互作用等。并对某越江盾构隧道工程进行了计算分析,为工程初步设计方案优化提供了较好的参考。

Abstract:With the study on the deformation characteristics of the lining segments structure and segments joint in shield tunnel and the interaction model between lining segment and soil,a noval generalized conforming flat shell-hinge-foundation model is proposed.The model is composed of flat shell element,elastic hinge beam element and elastic foundation element.The flat shell element is formed by assembly of Reissner-Mindlin Plate and generalized conforming membrane elements,where the bending and membrane effects are uncoupled.The elastic hinge beam element can simulate the impairment of moment around the joint.Meanwhile,the correlating software FSHEF(Flat Shell Hinge in Elastic Foundation) is developed.Finally,an example is given with the advantage of FSHEF in analyzing the intersection between interval tunnel and link passage in shield tunnel,which is the referrence of primary design optimization in the practice project.
