| 摘 要： | 在熔炼过程中，如果中频感应电炉的炉体发生漏炉事故，不但整炉钢（铁）水报废，而且炉体的心脏（感应器）也会被烧损、报废，甚至还会造成人身伤亡。因此，为了保障安全生产，避免不必要的损失，必须要采取有效措施，提高炉衬的寿命，防止中频感应电炉漏炉事故的发生。

| Abstract: | During steel-melting, if leak accident happens to furnace body of IF electric induction furnace, not only will a whole heat of steel be worthless, but the inductor as well and physical injury will happen, so something should be done to prolong lining durability and prevent from leak accident and unnecessary loses for the insurance of safe production. |
