铁路货车车体用TCS铁素体不锈钢焊接性能研究

摘    要:铁素体不锈钢在国外已大量应用于铁路车辆。我国研制的TCS铁素体不锈钢母材力学性能良好。焊接接头的热影响区硬度没有明显下降,焊接接头整体的抗拉强度高于母材。经过焊接热循环,焊接热影响区存在0.5~0.7 mm的粗晶粒区,晶粒度只有1~3级。这一区域的低温韧性较低。

Abstract:Ferritic Stainless Steel has been broadly used on manufacture of Railway Vehicle.h had a good mechanical property. As far as its welding performance is concerned, its HAZ hardness of weld joint has no distinct decrease, tensile strength of weld joint is better than base metal. After welding thermal cycle, a coarse grain zone which is 0.5 - 0.7mm width arise at HAZ of weld joint, its grain size is between one and three grade, which makes the low - temperature flexibility of that zone is a little lower.
