漠大原油管道添加进口减阻剂现场试验

摘    要:为了研究添加进口减阻剂对漠大原油管道的增输效果,对漠大原油管道进行了进口减阻剂添加试验。在漠河首站添加减阻剂,分析了进口减阻剂的减阻增输效果,并与所应用的国产减阻剂进行了比较。通过试验发现:进口减阻剂对漠大原油管道的减阻效果明显,在同等情况下优与国产减阻剂。

Field Test of Adding Drag Reduction AGENT to the Mohe-Daqing Crude Oil Pipeline

Abstract:In order to research the effect of a drag reduction agent(DRA) for the Mohe-Daqing crude oil pipeline,there is a field test with DRA. DRA was added at the first station in Mohe,an analysis based on experimental data was made and the drag reduction effect was also evaluated. It was also compared with the home-made DRA in the effect. It is discovered that of the two different drag used under the same circumstances,DRA from abroad can obviously lower the pressure and increase the output.
