摘    要:
机舱(E/R)管系的综合布置(管系放样)在整个机舱的生产设计过程中占有极为重要的地位,是机装生产设计的核心。实际上,机舱生产设计的大部分工作都是围绕着管系放样进行,是一项投入人力最多、所需时间最长的重要工作。其质量的好坏,直接影响到整艘船舶的建造速度及建造质量。着重介绍了机舱管系放样中主要设计技术的研究,并对主要系统进行了介绍。

Abstract:
Pipegeneral arrangement (pipe lofting)in E/R played an important role m the whole production design in E/R,which was the core of production design. In fact, pipe lofting took the most manpower and the longest time. It directly affected the construction procedure and quality. The paper described the research of the key design technology and the main systems.
