| Abstract: | The Amendments to the Code of Safe Practice for Cargo Stowage and Securing（CSS Code） ,MSC.1/Circular. 1352 was coming into effect in the near future. This Circular would be applicable to ships which would be constructed after 1st January 2015 and were designed to carry containers on deck. Detail requirement of the amendment and its effect on design of cargo securing access were analyzed. |
