摘 要: | <正> 一、引言极化阻抗、噪音和漂移是生物电极材料三项主要的电性能指标。近年来,生物体内埋藏的治疗和监控装置的发展,特别是心脏起搏技术的迅速发展和日趋成熟,刺激了用于体内埋植的生物电极材料的研究。有关方面的研究者致力于寻求这样的新电偶材料:它既具有象Ag—AgCl体表电极材料那样好的电性能,又具有比通常的贵金属电极材料更好的生物组织相容性。本文探讨的目的正在于此。

The Electric Properties of the Surface—Activating Isotropic Carbon Electrode Material |

Abstract: | This paper is about the electric properties of a new kind of biomedicalelectrode material developed by authors recently-the surface-activatingisotropic electrode material. The measurement results of the polarizationimpedance, electric noise and the electrode-potential drift of this electrodematerial in normal saline are given in the papar. Discussion involves theapplication value of its nonpolarization property, lower noise, smaller elec- trode-potential drift and its excellent biological compatibilit in manufac-ture of the permanent implantable electrode. And what is more, the valueof the nonpolarization property used in cardiac pacing electrode was discu-ssed in detail. As a comparison, the corresponding measurement results ofAgAgCl, Pt-Ir and Elgiloy electrode materials in the same conditionswere given as well, and some problems of Pt-Ir, Elgiloy electrodes usedin cardiac pacing and other aspects, which should be paid attention to,were analysed. |
