摘 要: | 笔者对密度试验的砂锥法和核仪法进行现场对比试验研究和应用评价,其工程背景为台湾台北市新店地区的路堤工程质量检验项目.采用现场密度试验的砂锥法、核仪法、及室内Proctor夯实试验等手段对其路堤一个施工段的多种辗压工况进行试验,获得了各个方法的试验结果.并对测试结果进行了比较分析.研究结果表明,施工路堤土密实度之大小与辗压机重量、频率及次数以及填土粗颗粒含量等相关:砂锥法、核仪法都是路基的密实度检测的可行方法.值得指出的是,核仪法之量测精度难以反映填土颗粒不同所致的密度差异现象,且与压实时最佳碾压次数的相关性较小.

Comparison of the test results by sand-cone method and nuclear density meter |

Abstract: | Compaction plays an important role in controlling quality of qarthfill works,especially with extensive area and considerable thickness of soils.The type of compaction equipment and the number of roller passes are the most important two factors,which influence the maximum dry density of compacted soils.Tests for inspecting of the quality of compacted soil can be conducted in the field and in the laboratory.are two common methods in determining the dry density of compacted soils in the field,and Standard or Modified proctor Test is in common in the laboratory.This papecr focuses mainly on comparison of the test resuts by the three methods mentioned above for a compacted embankment.The field densities are related to the number of roller passes as well as the amount of coarse particles;however,the test results from the Nuclear Density Meter do not show this relationship. |
