摘    要:为了检验自主研发的高压共轨喷射系统能否平稳可靠地运行,本研究设计开发了柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统的可靠性测试平台。介绍了设备可靠性的判定原理,提出了可靠性措施,通过监测—控制的闭环循环控制方式,对系统参数进行监测控制,使系统正常运行。试验结果表明,该平台可方便地对共轨系统进行控制,准确地判定系统设备运行状态,满足系统可靠性的要求。

Abstract:A reliability test platform was developed to judge the running reliability of self-developed high-pressure common rail system.The judgment principle of equipment reliability was introduced and the measures for reliability were put forward.By monitoring and controlling the system parameters with the closed loop system,the system ran normally.The result shows that the platform can easily control the high-pressure common rail system and can accurately judge the running state of equipment.Accordingly,the platform can satisfy the system requirements.
