星美公司储油罐腐蚀因素评价及防护初探

摘    要:针对星美公司储油罐的腐蚀问题,在调研国内外腐蚀与防护现状的基础上,对所输原油中的油样、水样的物性进行了再认识,然后加工了4种和现场管罐材质相同的试件及同材质焊接件试件,分别以油样、水样为介质完成了室内腐蚀性评价实验和现场挂片实验。为进一步验证实验结果,还对典型腐蚀试件进行了扫描电镜分析验证。依据实验结果,确定了不同环境、不同材质的腐蚀速率。最后,根据腐蚀原理、实验研究结果,提出了防护措施的建议。

Abstract:Aiming at the corrosion of the Xingmei oil tank,the properties of the oil and water were reanalyzed on the basis of the corrosion and protection actuality at home and abroad.Machining four samples with the same materials of the tank,lots of corrosion experimental evaluations were done with the medium of oil and water separately in and out of the laboratory.In order to identify the experimental results,SEM scans the typical corrosive sample.On the basis of experimental results,the speed of corrosion was confirmed.At last,the protection measures were given out.
