| 摘 要： | 从大连海域分离到一株海洋硫酸盐还原菌SRB18,该菌株提取物具有抗枯草芽孢杆菌的活性.对SRB18菌株进行了形态学观察、生理生化测试以及16S rDNA全序列测定,将序列测定结果在Gen-Bank数据库中进行了同源性比对并构建系统发育树,最终将其鉴定为脱硫脱硫弧菌(Desu lfovibrio des-u lfuricans).

| Abstract: | A marine Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria strain of SRB18 was isolated from Dalian sea area.The extract from this strain showed antibacterial activity to Bacillus subtilis.Through phenotypic traits observation,physiological and biological tests,16S rDNA complete sequence analysis and systematic evolution tree construction,the strain SRB18 is identified to be Desulfovibrio desulfuricans. |
