交通影响分析范围的确定方法

摘    要:针对交通影响分析范同确定方法研究中存在的国外方法主观性强、国内方法参数众多、实用性差等问题,在给出城市道路剩余等效通行能力百分比概念,并证明了交叉口转弯比例具有时间稳定性后,给出了建设项目出行量分配方法和基于此的交通影响分析范阿确定的实用方法,并基于上海情况给出了推荐值。
