| 摘 要： | 目的 研究 14 0名陕西地区汉族男性个体Y染色体 6个STR基因座的遗传多态性 ,为法医学实践和群体学研究提供基础数据。方法 应用Y PLEXTM6荧光标记复合扩增系统 ,PCR扩增后用ABI 310 0Avant遗传分析仪进行基因扫描和基因分型。结果 6个基因座分别检测出 4、6、7、8、4、37种等位基因 ,基因多样性 (GD)从 0 .35 94～0 .95 6 5。在 14 0名个体中共检测出 135种不同的单倍型 ,其中 131个只出现 1次 ,单倍型多样性 (HD)为 0 .992 3,个体识别能力 (DP)为 0 .96 4 3。结论 这 6个Y染色体STR基因座具有较好的多态性 ,联合单倍型具有较高的个体识别能力和非父排除率 ,适用于法医学实践和群体遗传学研究 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate polymorphisms of six Y-STRS by using DNA samples collected from 140 male individuals of Han from Shaanxi Province. Methods DYS393, DYS19, DYS389Ⅱ, DYS390, DYS391 and DYS385 were co-amplified by using Y-PLEX TM 6 kit and were detected by ABI 3100Avant Genetic Analyzer. Results We observed 4, 6, 7, 8, 4 and 37 alleles at these 6 loci respectively. The genetic diversity ranged from 0.3594 to 0.9565. We also observed 135 different haplotypes in the 140 individuals, among whom 131 were unique. Haplotype diversity and discrimination power were 0.9923 and 0.9643, respectively. Conclusion The six Y chromosomal STR loci are highly polymorphic and can be applied in forensic cases and population genetics. |
