复杂环境下大跨地铁风道结构建造方案研究

摘    要:采用PBA工法建造的大跨地铁风道结构施工顺序主要有逆作法和顺作法两种方法。为克服传统PBA工法存在的问题,以北京地铁8号线三期工程大红门桥站-和义站区间附属大跨风道为背景,提出一种风道负1层和负2层分别顺作的施工方案,并采用三维数值模拟方法,对风道结构不同施工方案进行研究。针对风道拱部的中导洞开挖跨度大、地层沉降控制难度大的特点,提出一种联合支护结构。工程实践表明:负1层和负2层分别顺作的结构施工方案更有利于地层沉降控制及结构安全,联合支护结构有效控制了大跨中导洞开挖引发的地层沉降,确保周边环境安全和结构自身安全。

A study on Construction Scheme of Large Span Subway Duct Structure under Complex Environment

Abstract:The "top-down" and " down-top" methods are the two main construction methods used forsubway duct structure. The subsidiary subway duct of Dahongmenqiao-Heyi interval tunnel of Beijingmetro line 8 is taken as the research background to solve the existing problems involved in traditional PBA( Pile-Beam-Arc) construction method. A newconstruction method is proposed, which suggeststhat the first layer and the second layer of thesubway duct are constructed with the "down-top"method. The different construction methods of subway duct are analyzed with 3-D numerical simulation. In view of the difficulties in controlling thestrata subsidence and the characteristics of large-span excavation, a new combination supporting structureis proposed. The engineering practice indicates that the new construction method can effectively controlthe surface subsidence and the combination supporting structure can effectively control the stratasubsidence resulted from the large-span middle pilot tunnel excavation.
