基于LabVIEW的弓网动态试验测试系统研究

摘    要:列车运行过程中,受电弓与接触线滑动摩擦,接触力、硬点、离线率等参数是评价弓网动态性能的重要指标。LabVIEW是开放式虚拟仪器平台,具有丰富的接口,将弓网动态试验测试的各个测点的硬件设备相统一。在弓网动态试验测试检测方法进行研究、分析的基础上,设计出一整套弓网动态试验测试系统,在试验过程中,达到实时在线处理相关数据的要求,以期能全面评价受电弓运行状态和弓网受流质量。

Research on Dynamic Test System of Pantograph and Catenary Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:During the operation of the train,the pantograph and the contact wire are subject to severe sliding friction.The contact force between the pantograph and the catenary,the hard point and the offline rate are the important indexes to reflect the dynamic running conditions.LabVIEW is an open virtual instrument platform with a wealth of interfaces to unify the hardware devices at individual test points.Based on the research and analysis of dynamic performances of the pantograph and the catenary,this paper designs a set of dynamic performance detection system to fulfill real-time online processing of relevant data and comprehensively evaluate the pantograph running performance and the quality of current collection.
