中小型站房网架屋盖支座弹性刚度取值研究

摘    要:结合沪昆高铁平坝南站站房结构这一具体工程实例,进行中小型站房网架屋盖支座弹性刚度取值的研究。通过下部框架结构位移函数值,拟合出下部X轴支承结构Y方向的支座水平刚度公式。根据公式计算得到下部支承结构的水平刚度,建立网架结构简化计算模型,并与整体模型的工作性能进行对比分析。计算结果显示,网架单独简化模型与整体模型相比,网架杆件轴力大小、跨中节点竖向位移和网架支座反力的大小相差较小,能够满足实际工程精度要求。运用本文提出的支座弹性刚度计算方法对网架单独建模计算,具有与整体模型计算相当的精度。

Analysis on Bearing Elastic Stiffness of Small and Mediumsized Station Grid Frame Roof

Abstract:In this paper,the study of the elastic stiffness of the roof of small and medium-sized station is carried out with reference to the station structure of Pingba South Station of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway. With the displacement value function of the lower frame structure,the bearing horizontal stiffness formula is obtained by fitting the X axis of the lower support structure in Y direction. The horizontal stiffness of the lower supporting structure obtained by the formula calculation is calculated,the simplified model of the net frame structure is established,and the working performance of the overall model is compared with that of the overall model. The calculation results show that the comparison of the simplified model with the overall grid single mode indicates that the truss member axial force,the size of the cross reaction of the vertical displacement and the grid bearing node are small,which meet the practical requirements of engineering accuracy. The use of the stiffness calculation method presented in this paper to calculate the net frame separately is of the same accuracy as that of overall model calculation.
