有轨电车岔区基础变形研究

摘    要:针对有轨电车6号道岔的岔区基础变形,应用有限元软件对岔区和道岔前后边界影响区进行建模,研究岔区基础变形位置及基础变形波幅对尖轨尖端上翘值的影响,同时提出轨道板空吊对基础变形限值的要求,并结合槽型轨道岔区轮轨接触几何关系计算结果,分析尖轨尖端上翘位移限值,结论:综合尖轨尖端上翘值限值和轨道板空吊计算结果,对于槽型轨道岔区路基而言,其不均匀沉降值不应超过10 mm/20 m,尖轨尖端的上翘值限值为4 mm。

Research on Foundation Deformation of Tram Turnout Area

Abstract:In view of the foundation deformation of No. 6 tram turnout area,the model of turnout area and its anteroposterior boundary effect regions is established with finite element software to study the impact on the cocking-up value of the tip of switch rail by the position of foundation deformation and the amplitude of foundation deformation in turnout area At the same time,the requirement of the limiting value of foundation deformation in case of track slab lift is put forward. With the calculation results of wheel-rail contact geometry of the groove rail turnout,the limiting cocking-up value of the tip of switch rail is analyzed. It is concluded that the limiting value of uneven settlement of subgrade shall not be more than10 mm/20 m and the maximum cocking-up value of the tip of switch rail shall be 4 mm based on the calculation results of the maximum cocking-up value of the tip of switch rail and the lift of track slab with respect to the subgrade of groove rail turnout.
