跨座式单轨交通中复线钢轨道梁受力性能初步探索与研究

摘    要:跨座式轨道交通中钢轨道梁环保、经济的特点非常适合我国单轨交通发展的需要。为了更好地发展单轨交通,针对我国跨座式单轨交通体系中钢轨道梁应用、研究不足的现状,以1榀64 m的简支直线钢轨道梁为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元计算软件建立空间模型,对在竖向荷载作用下的单线钢轨道梁和复线钢轨道梁进行受力分析,研究钢轨道梁的应力和变形等受力性能。通过将单线钢轨道梁整体与复线钢轨道梁整体计算结果进行对比分析,得出复线钢轨道梁能够更好地满足竖向荷载下的结构受力要求,承载能力明显提高,建议工程中参考复线钢轨道梁这种结构形式进行设计。

Preliminary Exploration and Research on Mechanical Performance of Double Line Steel Track Beam of Straddle Type Monorail Transportation

Abstract:The steel track beam of straddle type monorail transportation is very economical and environment-friendly and suitable for the development of monorail transportation in China. According to the present situations of the existing straddle type monorail transportation,there is a lack of research data on the field of steel track beam. So,this paper focuses on the simply supported straight steel track beam and establishes a space model with ANSYS finite element calculation software to analyze the mechanical performances of the two types of steel track beam under vertical load. The mechanical characteristics of the single steel track beam and the double steel track beam are compared. The results show that the double track steel track beam can better satisfy the requirements of the structure under vertical load force with significantly improved bearing capacity,and may provide some reference for designers.
