乌鲁木齐地铁活动断层段架空刚性接触网关键技术研究

摘    要:地铁线路穿越的活动断层作为一种特殊地质灾害严重威胁接触网设备安全甚至地铁的安全可靠运行。总结分析活动断层分布特征、隧道结构的技术方案和处理措施,研究提出适应活动断层特征的架空刚性接触网技术原则、独立匹配锚段及悬挂布置技术,提出分段可调垂直悬挂技术,并对结构进行有限元分析和试验验证。研究成果率先应用于乌鲁木齐地铁1号线架空刚性接触网工程。

Research on Key Technology of Overhead Rigid Contact System in Active Fault of Urumqi Subway

Abstract:Active fault passed through by the subway is regarded as a kind of geological disaster and can pose serious threat to the operation of the overhead rigid contact system and even the metro operation.This paper summarizes the distribution characteristics of the active fault,analyzes technical schemes and treatment measures of tunnel structure,and presents the overhead rigid contact system technical principle,independently matched anchor and suspension technical scheme adaptable to the fault features.An adjustable sectional and vertical suspension structure is proposed and its structure is subject to finite element analysis and verification test.The research results are applied first in the overhead rigid contact system design of Urumqi Metro Line 1.
