“十三五”期间各规划铁路引入银川铁路枢纽总图方案研究

为实现规划铁路按照充分利用既有设施、点线能力协调、列车径路顺畅、客货运设施布局合理及适应城市总体发展规划的原则引入既有铁路枢纽,通过银川枢纽内近、远期规划的包银高铁、青银高铁、银川至阿拉善支线、银川货车外绕线等项目开展引入枢纽方案研究,通过技术经济比选出适应于相关项目引入银川枢纽的方案。统筹考虑相关铁路引入银川枢纽,对枢纽内各规划项目的实施具有指导作用。

Study on General Planning for Introducing Planned Railways into Yinchuan Terminal

For the planned railways to be introduced into the existing railway terminal following the principle of full use of existing facilities,well coordination of point and line abilities,smooth train path,appropriate layout of passenger and freight facilities and the adaptation to the requirements of the overall urban development planning,this paper focuses on the introduction of such planned short-term and long-term railways into Yinchuan railway terminal as Baotou-Yinchuan railway,Qingdao-Yinchuan railway,Yinchuan-Alashan branch line and Yinchuan bypass freight line. Schemes adaptable to the introduction of each project into Yinchuan terminal are selected based on technical and economic comparison. The overall consideration of each project contributes to the implementation the planned projects.
