合安铁路引江济淮特大桥主桥过运梁车方案研究

摘    要:合安铁路跨引江济淮特大桥主桥采用(90+180+90)m连续梁拱桥,原方案按不通行运梁车设计,为进一步优化施工组织,减少梁场数量,满足总体工期需要,拟将架梁范围延伸至主桥肥西侧。在不改变原设计的基础上研究主桥过运梁车方案,并建立相应的有限元计算模型,对其进行强度检算。分析结果表明,采用无拱肋运梁方案,主梁施工完成后,桥面以上拱肋暂不施工,待两侧简支梁架设完成后再施工桥面以上拱肋和吊杆,该方案可满足运梁车通过限界及主桥结构受力要求,可在今后类似铁路工程建设中推广应用。

Study on Girder Transporting Vehicle Passing through the Main Bridge of Yangtze to Huaihe River Extra Large Bridge on Hefei-Anqing Railway

Abstract:The main bridge of Yangtze to Huaihe River on Hefei-Anqing Railway adopts( 90+180+90) m continuous beam-arch bridge,and the original plan is designed without considering the girder transport vehicle. In order to further optimize construction organization,reduce the number of beam fabrication yard and meet the need of the general construction progress,it is intended to extend the beam erection range to the west of Feixi side. On the basis of the original design without modification,this paper studies the program to allow girder transporting vehicle passing through the main bridge,and establishes a finite element model to calculate the strength of the main bridge. The results show that the program without arch rib satisfies the contour limitation and mechanical properties for girder transporting vehicle passing through the bridge,which requires that the arch rib and suspender is not constructed until all the simply supported beams are erected. The program can be applied to similar railway projects in future.
