西成客运专线铁路桥隧工程BIM技术应用研究

以西成客运专线十岔沟中桥、清凉山隧道作为BIM研究实际工程背景,结合铁路桥隧BIM模型具有规模大、接口复杂、数据量大等特点,以BIM技术在铁路桥隧工程中的应用为主要目的,对铁路桥隧工程勘察设计全过程进行研究,包括外业勘察阶段的水文数据分析,设计阶段的模型创建、设计方案汇报展示、碰撞检查、协同设计、施工图绘制、工程数量计算、施工过程模拟等应用研究。研究认为,现有BIM软件平台基本能满足铁路桥隧工程BIM设计要求,但须按桥隧工程的设计特点进一步修改、完善。桥、隧BIM模型手工创建耗时、费力,专业化率较低,操作复杂,有针对地进行二次开发,将是桥隧BIM技术推广运用的突破口。虽然桥隧BIM出图率低,图纸不规范,但对各种数量信息的传递和汇总相对比较容易,用动画来表述施工过程,使复杂的工法变得清晰明了,这些都体现了BIM技术的优点,且技术也比较成熟,值得在铁路桥隧实际生产中的推广运用。

Application Research on BIM Technology for Bridge and Tunnel Engineering on Xi'an-Chengdu Dedicated Passenger Railway Line

With reference to Shichagou Bridge and Qingliangshan tunnel on XI ~ Cheng dedicated passenger line and in view of such characteristics as large scale,complex interface,a large amount of data,this paper studies the whole process of the survey and design of railway bridge and tunnel engineering,including the analysis of hydrological data during field survey,the model creation in design phase,design program presentation,collision check,collaborative design,preparation of construction drawing,engineering quantity calculation and construction process simulation for the purpose of the application of BIM in railway bridge and tunnel construction. The results show that the existing BIM software platform can basically meet the design requirements for railway bridge and tunnel engineering BIM,but must be modified and improved according to the design features of bridge and tunnel engineering. Manual creation of BIM model of bridge and tunnel only results in time and effort consuming,low specialization rate and complex operation, which remains a big challenge in BIM application and promotion. Although the process of producing BIM drawings of bridge and tunnel engineering is slow and the drawings are not standardized,it is relatively easy to transmit and summarize all kinds of quantity information. Using animation to express the construction process makes the complex construction method easier and clearer. All of these demonstrate the advantageousness and establishment of BIM technology,and its worthiness in railway bridge and tunnel Engineering.
