高速公路隧道衬砌结构病害整治技术研究

摘    要:以麂子岗隧道为研究对象,创新性地将左线和右线衬砌结构病害进行对比分析,基于自然地质条件及病害成因机理提出较为完备的整治措施,采用数值模拟方法对整治效果进行验证,结果如下:(1)对比统计分析左线、右线衬砌结构病害,得到在横断面不同位置及纵向里程上病害的分布规律及差异;(2)在横断面位置上,拱顶和拱腰处衬砌裂损及厚度不足病害最严重;在纵向里程上,左线、右线在ZK1963+600~ZK1964+180段多种衬砌结构病害均大量集中分布,建议加强对该区段的地质监测、衬砌结构健康状况检测及病害整治工作;(3)运用数值分析软件对套衬加固及钢带加固前后衬砌结构的受力进行模拟,得到衬砌厚度不足病害整治前后衬砌结构的安全系数及变化,对衬砌结构的安全性进行检验,证明相应整治措施有效。

Study on the Treatment of Lining Defects of Highway Tunnel

Abstract:In view of Jizi Gang Tunnel,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of lining defects between the right line and left line and proposes relatively complete remedial measures based on natural geological conditions and causes of the lining defects.The effectiveness of treatments is verified by means of numerical simulation.The results show that(1) the comparative analysis and statistics of tunnel lining defects define the distribution and difference of lining defects in different location of cross section and longitudinal position of mileage;(2) at the cross-sectional position,the most serious cracks and insufficient thickness are located in vaults and arches waist of lining;along the longitudinal mileage,both of the two lines of Jizi Gang tunnel are the concentration of lining defects from ZK1963+600 to ZK1964+180,which requires strengthening of geological monitoring of tunnel lining and treatments;(3)numerical analysis software is used to simulate the force of tunnel lining before and after lining reinforcement and steel strip reinforcement,identify the safety factor of tunnel lining and its changes,verity the safety of lining,and prove effectiveness of appropriate remedial measures.
