| 摘 要： | 交通基本建设贯彻军事要求工程建设是为发挥交通目标的战争潜力，在主体工程的基础上而额外开展的工程建设。此类工程建设方案受多种因素影响，为此提出了利用层次分析法确定指标权重的思路。通过引入灰色加权关联度，建立了交通基本建设贯彻军事要求工程方案评价的方法和模型，并应用本方法对某一新建铁路桥梁贯彻军事要求工程的3个方案进行了评价，达到了优选的目的。 |

| Abstract: | Carrying out military requirements in basic traffic construction aims at giving play to the potential of traffic targets against war, which will serve not only their original purposes but also their extra military purposes. Due to there being various factors affecting the construction of such projects,the idea of ascertaining weights with the method of AHP is put forward in the paper. With the weighted grey analysis method adopted, the methods for the evaluation and modeling of carrying out military requirements in traffic construction are put forward. The method is applied to evaluating three plans for carrying out military requirements in the construction of a newly-built railway bridge,which realizes the purpose of optimization. |
