| 摘 要： | 本文结合航海类院校体育教学现状,着重研究了将舢板荡桨应用于航海类院校体育教学中的可行性及具体方案,指出舢板荡桨符合航海类院校体育教学职业性的特点,在增强学生体质、提高心理素质、加强团队意识及竞争性方面都将发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | By introducing the physical teaching in the nevigation colleges and the development of sampan movement,the article mainly studies the feasibility and detailed suggestion on the application of sampan rowing in the phycical teaching of the nevigation colleges.The sampan rowing is suitable to be introduced to the nevigation colloeges and it will play an important role in improving the physique and mental quality,strengthening the teamwork and competition for the students. |
