摘    要:针对汽车发动机振动信号的非线性特点,将分形理论应用于发动机的故障诊断。首先分析发动机振动信号的产生机理,并介绍计算关联维数的G-P算法。其次,对采集的振动信号进行分析。结果表明,发动机发生故障时的关联维数与其正常工作时的关联维数不同。因此,关联维数可以较为准确地判断发动机故障情况。

Abstract:By researching the characteristic of automobile engine,the fractal theory was used to diagnosis the fault of engine.First,the reason of engine vibration was analyzed and the G-P method of calculating correlation dimension was introduced.Then,the data acquisition system was used to get the signal and the data was analyzed.The results indicated that when the engine gave out the correlation dimension is different from that of working normally.Therefore,correlation dimension could judge fault reason accurately.
