田口法在汽车车身骨架刚度优化中的应用

摘    要:以有限元限分析为基础,运用以正交设计为基础的田口法,在保持车身骨架整体质量不变的情况下,研究了提高车身整体扭转刚度和弯曲刚度的途径,探索了参数优化和拓扑优化相结合的统计优化方法。对双层客车所作的实例分析,证实了用田口结构优化是有效的。

Abstract:The way to raise integral torsional and bending rigidity of vehicle body and the method to apply statistics optimization combining parameter optimization and topological optimization are studied on the basis of finite element analysis and the Taguchi method in orthogonal design under the condition of keeping integral qualiry of vehicle body skeleton frame unchanged. The substantial example analysis of double deck bus reveals that it is beneficial to carry out structural optimization by means of the Tagnchi method.
