可调螺距螺旋桨螺栓紧固力矩之探讨

文章针对可调螺距螺旋桨的螺栓紧固方法——力矩法、螺母转角法、测定螺栓伸长量法,应用力学一些相关知识并经过大量实践论证,将此三种方法之间进行相互转换,解决了有的船舶在修理过程中提供不出专用测量工具的问题,通过数艘船舶验证得出此种方法计算正确、操作简单可靠、具有可行性。

Probe to bolt anchorage moment of controllable-pitch propeller

With the knowledge of applied mechanics and much practice, this paper demonstrates the three different methods for bolt anchorage of the controllable-pitch propeller, momenting, nut-connering and bolt-extend measuring, and transformation among the three, which solves the problem of non-measuring tools in some ship repair. Through proof on numbers of ships, these methods proves to be exact calculation, simple and reliable opera- tion and true feasibility.
