汽车变截面板簧轧机伺服控制系统分析及应用

摘    要:分析了近年研制的BKD系列程控汽车变截面板簧轧机的伺服系统,该系统与一般轧钢机的电液伺服系统不同,其特点是行程大,要求反应快及液压流量大,结合变截面轧机实际运行情况进行分析,汽车变截面板簧轧机的特点是在轧制过程中能使轧件的断面按照板簧设计曲线要求变化。

Abstract:The servo-controlled system of motor vehicle variable cross section spring leaf program controlled rolling machine BKD series developed in late years is analyzed. The system is different from the electro-hydraulic servo system used in common steel rolling machine that it has a specific feature of large stroke,requiring quick reaction and great hydaulic flow. While it is analyzed in combination with the practical operation condition of variable cross section spring leaf rolling machine,the feature of the rolling machine is that the cross section of rolled part can be varied according to the requirement of designed leaf spring curve during the rolling process.
