| 摘 要： | 对客车弹性定位套外钢套进行常规检验,发现其淬硬层硬度及深度均不符合相应技术要求。采用金相分析、显微硬度测定方法,对该外钢套进行深入分析,认为客车弹性定位套检验结果异常的原因为淬火工艺不当。

| Abstract: | Through the normal inspection of the steel cover outside elastic locating bush in railway passenger car,the authors find that the hardness and depth of hardened layer of the elastic locating bush do not meet the corresponding technical requirements. By use of metallographic analysis and microhardness testing method,the outside steel cover is analyzed deeply,and then the authors conclude that he cause of unusual inspection results of the elastic locating bush in railway passenger cars is unsuitable quenching process. |
