Implementation of Public Transit Priority Strategy by Enhancing the Execution Force

This paper deals with all the aspects of the implementation of public transit priority strategy,by putting emphasis on formulating the urban planning,renewing the concept that the unblocked engineering is firstly to ensure that the public traffic unblocked. In a megalopolis, cars should not be a traffic instrument for commute, but be a leisure instrument. We shall reduce the cost of urban mass transit construction, adopt the service pattern of ordinary public transit railway in urban rail network, vigorously develop the bus rapid traffic (BRT), establish rules and regulations to guarantee the implementation of public transit priority strategy.
