| Abstract: | The embankments of Huangpu river and Suzhou River are the important defences against the typhoon, high tide, floodwater and storm, and guaranteeing the city safety of Shanghai. In order to ensure the safety flood control, its premise is to strengthen the embankment management. The article sets forth the range, thinking, objective, principle, requirement and content of the embankment management, discusses the management work of the embankment and puts forward the feasible suggestions. |
