| 摘 要： | 本文在对辽宁省交通高等专科学校2010届城轨专业62名毕业生进行调查研究的基础上,从就业方式、单位行业类别等方面分析了城轨专业首届毕业生的就业情况,据此提出了在专业建设、调整学生心态、拓宽就业渠道、加强就业指导课程四方面的对策。
