基于SAE J1939协议的发动机虚拟仪表系统的开发

摘    要:借助USBCAN-Ⅱ接口作为发动机控制器总线和PC机的硬件接口,开发了基于CAN总线的发动机虚拟仪表系统。该系统在C#开发环境下开发,利用Dundas公司的软件平台进行虚拟仪表的可视化开发。该系统不仅能够模拟真实的仪表功能,提供实时查询发动机参数数据功能,而且增加了故障诊断功能,实现了发动机的在线监测、检测功能。

Abstract:A virtual instrument system for engine based on CAN bus was developed by the author of this paper. In the system,USBCAN-Ⅱ is used as the hardware interface between engine controller bus and USB of PC. The developing environment is C#. The virtual instrument is visualized under Dundas' software platform. The system can simulate real motormeter, providing function of looking up real-time engine parameter data. It adds the fault diagnosis function. The system realizes monitor and detection of the engine.
