对目前船厂实施CIMS的几点看法

在20世纪90年代,国外先进船厂通过研究应用CIMS技术,逐步由“分道制造、设备密集”传统造船模式发展到“集成制造、信息密集”的现代造船模式,实现了“生产效率大幅度提高、生产成本明显降低”的目标。要实现我国造船生产的“跳跃式”发展,就必须按照党的“十六大”精神,认真研究借鉴国外现代造船技术,尤其是信息技术的应用经验,用先进适用技术改造传统造船产业。

Some Opinions on Implementation of CIMS in Shipyard

From the 1990s' on,through reserching and applying the CIMS technology,the advanced shipyards abroad have gradually transited from the traditional shipbuilding mode of "production in lines,equipment intensive" to the modern shipbuilding mode of "production integrated,information intensive". The aim to improve production efficiency greatly and to reduce cost in large amounts has been achieved.To realize a rapid development of Chinese shipbuilding industry,we must study and draw on carefully the modern shipbuilding technology abroad,especially information technology in application so as to transform our traditional shipbuilding enterprises.
