| Abstract: | The high tech Intelligent Transportation System is one of the most efficient ways to improve the world transportation problem. The paper describes the function of ITS and its relative communication problems according to the intelligent level of the transportation information system and the development trends of the communication technique, which can be taken as a reference to raise the intelligent level of the Chinese highway monitor system. |
