油水重力分离数学模型的建立及其应用

摘    要:重力分离是最为常用的油水分离技术 ,但国内外沿用的传统设计方法只能计算极限粒径 ,无法计算分离后排放水的含油量。本文提出了一种新的设计方法 ,即从分析油水混合液粒度分布入手 ,综合考虑污水的物化参数、分离装置结构参数和处理量 ,建立重力分离数学模型 ,直接计算排放水的含油量。本文介绍了用 MIAS- 2 0 0 0图象分析系统测定油粒分布、用 3种常见分离装置进行数模实验论证的情况。实验数据表明 :数模在工程上应用是可行的 ,具有足够准确性。本文还介绍了用数模进行分离装置计算机设计的专用软件及应用

A Research on Oily-Water Gravity Separating Mathematical Model and Its Application

Abstract:Gravity separation is the most conventional technique frequently used in oily water separating. But the traditional design with this concept, no matter at home or abroad, only deals with the limit particle dimensions, not the oil content of the discharged water. The authors put forward in the paper a new design concept which starts from analysis of particle distribution in the oil water mixture, give a complex consideration to both the phy sical chemistry parameters of the oily water and the structure and capacity of the separating device, and then set up a gravity separating mathematical model. Thus oil content of the discharged water can be directly calculated. The paper also gives an introduction to the measurements of the oil particle distribution in the discharged water by the MIAS 2000 Image Analysis System and the evaluation of the mathematical model tests through three different conventional separating devices. Test result shows that the application of mathematical model is feasible and precise enough. A software with the mathematical model specially for the design of separating device is also introduced in the paper.
