新旧混凝土薄弱层对兰河石拱桥加固的影响

摘    要:桥梁加固后组合结构的受力特点不同于新建桥梁。以平顶山兰河石拱桥的加固工程为例,运用大型有限元软件MIDAS Civil对桥的结构受力状态进行分析。根据实际情况考虑了新旧混凝土之间薄弱层,进而模拟加固后的桥梁受力状态。按照相关规范,采用极限承载力法和容许应力法进行验算,据此来评估拱桥加固后的效果。通过静载试验验证了加固方法和验算理论的正确性。

Influence of Weak Layer between New and Old Concrete on Lanhe Stone Arch Bridge Reinforcement

Abstract:The stress characteristic of reinforced bridge is different from that of newly-built bridge.Taking Pingdingshan Lanhe Stone Arch Bridge reinforcement engineering for example,the structural stress is analyzed using large-scale finite element software MIDAS Civil in this paper.Considering the weak layer between new and old concrete according to practical situation,the stress of reinforced bridge is simulated.According to the relevant criterion,ultimate bearing capacity method and allowable stress method are applied to verify the stress and thus evaluate the effect after reinforcement.The reinforcement method and verification theory are proven correct through static test.
